Arrival and departure

Our cabins are ready at 14:00 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11am on departure day.
Arrival later than 18:00 must be announced in advance, as otherwise we reserve the right to re-let the cabin.
The cabin must be left in the same clean condition as on arrival. For prepayment and booking on arrival, you can order final cleaning at reception. . Final cleaning does not include dishes that need to be cleaned and put in place in the cabinets.
Errors and deficiencies must be reported immediately at the reception upon arrival.
The price of cabin rental is excluding electricity consumption.

Practical information

The cabin must be left clean before 11am.
You will need to bring duvets, pillows and bedding yourself or you can rent it at the campsite reception.
The cabins are without bath and toilet, but with a small kitchenette with fridge and service. The large communal kitchen is 25m away.

You have the option to cancel your reservation on the following terms:

If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the full package price will be reimbursed, however, DKK 400.00 will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be refunded. however, not the cancellation fee of DKK 400.00
If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be given.
